1.1 These Guidelines set out your obligations concerning content and conduct on the DramaSavor mobile application, website and related services (the "Service"). They apply to:
1.2 These Guidelines apply wherever the Service is offered. The Service is for adults aged 18 or above and is made available only in the territories where we choose to offer it. References to applicable law mean laws applicable to the relevant conduct or distribution. References to submission or interaction features apply only where those features are available.
2.1 These Guidelines form part of our Terms of Service ("ToS") and are incorporated into it by reference. Capitalized terms used but not defined here have the meanings given in the ToS.
2.2 These Guidelines supplement the ToS on User Content and conduct. They do not modify payment, refund, liability or dispute provisions in the ToS. If there is a conflict, the ToS prevails; a more specific content rule here applies to content within its scope only where consistent with the ToS. Mandatory law prevails in all cases.
2.3 Breach of these Guidelines is a breach of the ToS and may result in enforcement action under Section 7 of these Guidelines.
3.1 You are responsible for the User Content you submit and for your own conduct through the Service. You must comply with the following obligations:
3.2 You must not direct, encourage or assist another person to breach these Guidelines. You must protect your account, report suspected unauthorised use promptly and comply with reasonable verification requests relating to your own submissions.
3.3 You must keep evidence of rights or consents on which you rely and provide relevant substantiation when reasonably requested. You are responsible for keeping copies of material you wish to retain; we are not obliged to host, return or preserve User Content except as required by law.
3.4 You must comply with lawful corrective or removal directions concerning your User Content. Submitting material does not guarantee publication, visibility, a reward or continued availability.
4.1–4.18 below prohibit the specified conduct and material in User Content. Context may be relevant to a good-faith report, criticism or non-graphic discussion, but does not permit prohibited material itself. Licensed fictional works are assessed separately under Section 6 of these Guidelines; this does not create an exception for child sexual exploitation, unlawful material or infringement.
4.1 Child sexual abuse and exploitation. You must not submit, solicit, link to or facilitate material that sexualises anyone under 18, depicts child sexual abuse or enables grooming or exploitation, including fictional or synthetic material. We apply zero tolerance, may remove material and restrict accounts immediately, and report to competent authorities where required or otherwise lawfully appropriate.
4.2 Non-consensual and exploitative sexual content. No content depicting or promoting non-consensual sexual acts, sexual violence, coercion, incest, bestiality, or "revenge porn", and no sharing of intimate images of any person without that person's consent.
4.3 Explicit sexual content. No pornographic or sexually explicit material. Artistic discussion of mature themes must not include explicit descriptions or images.
4.4 Hate and discrimination. No content that attacks, dehumanizes, or incites hatred or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, disability, gender, gender identity, age, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any other characteristic associated with systemic discrimination or marginalisation.
4.5 Harassment and bullying. No targeted harassment, threats, doxxing (publishing others' private information without consent), brigading, or coordinated abuse of any person.
4.6 Violence and graphic content. No content that glorifies, promotes, or provides instructions for violence or terrorist acts, or gratuitously graphic depictions of gore.
4.7 Self-harm and suicide. No content that encourages, instructs, or glorifies suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders. Discussion seeking or offering genuine support is permitted and may include safety resources.
4.8 Dangerous and regulated activities. No content promoting or facilitating the sale or use of illegal drugs, weapons, human trafficking, gambling by minors, or other regulated or illegal goods and services. This includes instructions, recipes or blueprints for making or converting weapons, explosives, ammunition or their accessories.
4.9 Fraud, scams, and technical harm. No phishing, Ponzi or "get rich quick" schemes, fake giveaways, malware, viruses, or any content designed to deceive users or compromise the Service.
4.10 Harmful misinformation. No content that spreads demonstrably false claims likely to cause imminent physical harm or undermine critical public health or safety measures.
4.11 Privacy violations. No content exposing another person's private information (identity documents, home address, financial details, private conversations) without consent.
4.12 Impersonation. No pretending to be another person, a user, a public figure, or a member of our team in a manner intended to deceive.
4.13 Intellectual property infringement and piracy. No posting, linking, or directing others to unauthorized copies, recordings, screen-recordings, or streaming rips of dramas, audiobooks, music, or any copyrighted work; no sharing of another user's account or of paid content in circumvention of the ToS.
4.14 Spam and platform manipulation. No repetitive posting, bot activity, engagement farming, fake reviews or ratings, incentivised reviews, or exploitation of Offers, Bonus campaigns (Sections 5.3–5.4, and 8 of the ToS).
4.15 Unauthorized advertising. No commercial solicitation, advertising, pyramid schemes, or promotion of third-party services within User Content without our prior written consent.
4.16 Unlawful content. Do not submit material whose hosting or distribution violates applicable law, or re-post material to evade a lawful removal requirement. We may restrict material in response to a valid authority order, applicable app-store requirement or substantiated rights complaint.
4.17 Exploitation of real-world tragedies. Do not use, recreate or dramatise real, identifiable disasters, atrocities, armed conflicts, mass-casualty events or ongoing emergencies in order to attract engagement, or to mock or trivialise the victims. Clearly fictional settings and events are assessed under Section 6 of these Guidelines. Spreading false information about an ongoing emergency is separately prohibited under Section 4.10 of these Guidelines.
4.18 Content that otherwise harms minors. Do not expose a minor's identity or personal information, involve a minor in criminal, sexualised, dangerous or exploitative activity, or depict minors in a way that facilitates their abuse or exploitation. Where minors appear in licensed works, Section 6 of these Guidelines applies and applicable child-protection law prevails.
5.1 Public reviews and comments. You are responsible for what you publish. Criticism of a drama or audiobook, including negative opinions, is permitted; targeted abuse, threats and unlawful allegations about actors, authors, narrators or users are not.
5.2 Mark major plot points as spoilers where the Service provides a spoiler control.
5.3 Do not copy-paste the same review across multiple titles, or post reviews of works you have not accessed, to manipulate averages.
5.4 Public submissions are not confidential and may be used under Section 10 of the ToS. Do not publish material you wish to keep private or information about another person without the necessary rights and lawful basis. Personal data remains subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
6.1 The short dramas and audiobooks on the Service are curated and licensed by us. Fiction may depict mature themes or wrongdoing without endorsing them. Such works are fictional and do not describe behaviour to be imitated in real life. We assess the work, its narrative context, explicitness, presentation and the laws and distribution requirements applicable in each territory. The Service’s 18+ restriction is not permission to publish otherwise unlawful material.
6.2 Content descriptions and category labels are set by us and may be adjusted for lawfulness, store compliance, and clarity.
6.3 We do not host works that we know to be unlawful or infringing in the territories we serve, and we respond to valid intellectual property notices under Section 11 of the ToS.
7.1 We may review reports, proactively review material and investigate suspected breaches. Review may combine automated systems and human review. We will disclose the use of automated tools, and the reasons for a decision, to the extent required by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, we may take one or more of the measures below. The measures are not mandatory sequential steps; a serious breach may justify immediate restriction or termination without an initial warning, subject to applicable law. We may also remove User Content or restrict an account where we reasonably consider it necessary to protect the integrity, security or lawful distribution of the Service, or its availability through app stores or other channels, and to comply with the requirements of those channels.
| No. | Action |
|---|---|
| 1 | Removal of the offending content |
| 2 | Warning and content removal |
| 3 | Forfeiture or reversal of Bonus, rewards, or unlocks obtained through the violation (e.g., invalid ad traffic or reward abuse) |
| 4 | Temporary suspension of content privileges or the account |
| 5 | Permanent account termination and treatment of unused Coins and Bonus under Sections 8.5, 9.8 and 17 of the ToS. |
7.2 Severe violations — in particular Section 4.1 (child safety) of these Guidelines, credible threats, fraud, and piracy operations — may be reported to law enforcement and to app stores.
7.3 Context, severity, recurrence and intent may affect the action taken. Where lawful and practicable, we may explain the reason and any corrective steps. You must not evade a restriction by creating another account, altering identifiers or re-posting removed material. You remain responsible for legally recoverable consequences of your breach under the ToS.
7.4 Financial consequences. Removal of User Content or restriction of an account does not itself entitle you to a refund, credit or compensation. Sections 8.5, 9 and 17 of the ToS govern balances and payments, including the non-refund rule and the mandatory-rights exception in Section 9.8 of the ToS. Enforcement does not create an additional undisclosed monetary penalty.
8.1 If you believe material was removed or your account restricted in error, contact us under Section 11 of these Guidelines within thirty (30) days of the decision, identifying the material, the decision and the grounds for review, with any relevant supporting information. This administrative period does not shorten a mandatory statutory complaint or claim period.
8.2 We will consider appeals in good faith and respond within a reasonable time. The outcome is our final internal review decision, without prejudice to mandatory rights or the dispute procedures in Section 19 of the ToS. You must not submit false evidence or use repeated abusive appeals to evade enforcement.
9.1 Intellectual property complaints and counter-notices are handled under Section 11 of the ToS. You must provide accurate information, identify your authority to act and cooperate reasonably with verification. Relevant information may be disclosed only as permitted by Section 11.4 of the ToS, our Privacy Policy and applicable law. We may decline to act on a notice that omits the information required by the ToS, without prejudice to any duty to act that applicable law imposes on us.
9.2 We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of repeat infringers, and we may terminate upon a single serious infringement (including uploading, linking to, or distributing pirated copies of works available or not available on the Service).
10.1 Consistent with Section 7.3(f) of the ToS, you must not use the Service, its content, or outputs derived from them to train, fine-tune, or improve any artificial intelligence or machine-learning model.
10.2 If we permit user-submitted creative works in the future, any material substantially generated by AI must be disclosed at submission where a disclosure mechanism is provided. Undisclosed AI-generated material presented as original human work may be removed and treated as a breach of these Guidelines.
11.1 Reporting. Use the in-app reporting function where available or the contact details below. Identify the material, title or account, its location and the reason for your report, with relevant context. You must act in good faith and must not fabricate complaints or use reporting to retaliate against lawful criticism.
11.2 Safe reporting. Do not download, copy or forward suspected child sexual abuse material or non-consensual intimate material as evidence. Report its location and a description instead, without unnecessarily exposing personal information. Contact the appropriate local emergency service for an immediate threat; our reporting channel is not an emergency service.

12.1 We may update these Guidelines and publish the current version and effective date in the Service. You are responsible for reviewing notified changes applicable to your use.
12.2 Updates take effect in accordance with Section 18 of the ToS, including its advance-notice requirements for material changes that reduce rights or increase obligations. Any consent or longer notice required by mandatory law remains applicable.
These Guidelines are published in English. Translations, if any, are for convenience; the English version prevails except where local law requires otherwise.
